Description of Service
EdgeBase is a membership platform that provides access to exclusive content, AI prompts, tools, and resources for EdgeCore members.
User Accounts
Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Subscriptions and Payments
Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annual, or one-time for lifetime). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. You will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance.
Content and Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content provided through EdgeBase, including prompts, blueprints, recordings, and resources, is owned by EdgeCore or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal or business use. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share content with non-members
- Modify or create derivative works without permission
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Use content for training AI models without authorization
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on others intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for spam or malicious activities
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDGECORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold EdgeCore harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
