EdgeBase ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

Personal Information

We may collect personal information that you provide to us, including:

• Account credentials
• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)
• Profile information

Automatically Collected Information

When you use EdgeBase, we may automatically collect:

• Log data and usage information
• Device information
• Cookies and similar technologies

Google OAuth Data

When you choose to sign in with Google, we request only the Google profile, email, and OpenID scopes necessary for authentication. We store your Google user ID, name, and email in Supabase to create your EdgeBase account and never sell or share this information outside of EdgeCore. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, calendar contents, or any other restricted Google APIs.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process your transactions and send related information
• Send you technical notices and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Monitor and analyze trends and usage

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

Data Retention & Deletion

Account data is retained while you maintain an active EdgeBase membership. You may request deletion of your account (including Google OAuth identifiers) at any time from the mobile app (More → Account → Delete Account) or by emailing admin@edgeteam.io. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law. You can also review deletion instructions at /account-deletion. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first before submitting deletion. Billing and tax records required by law may be retained after account deletion for compliance.

• Sentry - Error monitoring
• Vercel - Hosting
